I was looking for an investment/vacation property in the Troon North area and Nick and Tammra were very helpful in providing a number of options in the price range I was looking for. They have a great understanding of the real estate market in Scottsdale with an emphasis on the area north of Midtown (but they know Midtown also!). Can't recommend high enough!
